Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Local Delivery – Bloemfontein

• We offer daily local delivery in Bloemfontein.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery (subject to stock availability).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

• Delivery fee: R50 flat rate within Bloemfontein.

• Free local delivery for orders over R500.

Nationwide Shipping (Courier Guy Only)

• All nationwide deliveries are handled exclusively by Courier Guy.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days

  • Regional / Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your package has been dispatched.

Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

• Free in-store pickup is available from Canna Soul Lounge branches.

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Age Restriction

• Orders are only accepted from individuals 18 years or older.

• Proof of age may be required upon delivery or collection.

Damages

• Canna Soul is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify Courier Guy immediately and also contact us with photos so we can assist.
